How can I sarch for specific file type in command line

I want to find some files from command line as specific file type.

e.g .doc, .xls, .pdf, etc

I tried to some way, but I couldn't.
Could you please let me know how to do it?

With ES, please try searching for:

es.exe ext:doc;xls;pdf

ext: specify a semicolon (;) delimited list of extensions to find.
