Context menu

Is it an oversight that there are two Open selections (folder and files) but only one for Open Path?

(If I'm understanding correct, I'm only seeing one, Win7.)
Tools | Options | General -> Context Menu show anything odd?

"Path" really means "parent folder location" in Everything.

Open Path will always open the parent folder.
Are you looking to open the parent folder differently for files and folders?
