is it possible to add this feature:
search/find as you type OPTION from anywhere.
"find-as-you-type search utility" similar to the option in LISTARY application.
please advise if possible.

How is listary so different(the find as you type part)than opening the everything window and start typing(there is a way to make it search the currently opened folder only)
And btw I don't know if that option is enabled by default but in Tools=>Options=>General=>UI=> there is an option "Search as you type"
And also there is another option in Tools=>Options=>General=>Result=>Hide results when the search is empty which I keep disabled
It takes time but most(if not all)of the listary features can be don't with Autohotkey and everything
