Orphaned items in Run History

More a consideration than a suggestion:

The Run History might contain a lot of objects that are no longer in the index.
Removing them might be too "cruel" as one can have "automatic remove volume .." enabled, for example.

I do all my "stuff" on a RAM disk that gets emptied on reboot, so I have *a lot* of those orphans.
(I use a script to remove them).

A thought: add an option to clean the Run History orphans.

I should add a Show all run history option to organize run history.
An option to delete orphaned items would be useful.
Added to my TODO list.
