Any way to index a connected cell phone?

This appears in This PC folder:
This PC\Galaxy S9+
showing Card (SD card) and Phone (device memory)

However, when I go to Options, Indices, Folders. Add Folder, "This PC" in the "Browse For Folder" form does not show it.

If Galaxy S9+ folder appears to the OS (Windows 10) on the desktop, I don't comprehend why the Everything "Browse For Folder" inderface can't see it as well.

Can you explain, and perhaps provide a way to index the device with Everything?
