Distinct list of What's New

Might help users if when a new version comes out, make a specific website page and Help notation that describes what's new in the new or update version.

For example, the Version 1.4.1.924 (x64) is the first version I can remember that now View allows PDF files to be viewed, etc.

A distinct page grouping a more precise list of what feature was added, or a bit more details on a feature being enhanced would be useful.

There's a Whats New link next to the Everything download buttons:
/support/everything/whats_new/

Preview Pane is listed as a new feature for Everything 1.4.
Although this doesn't really go into detail about previewing PDFs..

I'll definitely update this list for Everything 1.5 when it is available.

That also may depend on OS or other associations made.
While I'm guessing that holds true for Win10, it probably does not apply, generally, to other OS (well, at least XP or Win7 ).
