Happens a lot ...

For NTFS indexing, Everything " talks" to parts of Windows that are inaccessible to us "normal mortals" (called MFT and USN journal).
You need to be an administrator for that, or ...
Install the Everything service that has access to these parts. Now you can talk to this service and the service will talk to the MFT.

During intsallation of Everything, you had to choose between (1) Run as administrator, (2) install the Everything service or (3) no NTFS indexing.
In almost all cases, the (2) install the service is your best option.

If you already installed Everything, you can change these options under Menu:Tools > Options > General :
- Disable Run as adminstrator
- Enable Everything service

If this doesn't fix your problem, you might check this setting under Menu:Tools > Options > Indexes > NTFS:
Automatically index fixed NTFS volumes should be enabled.

If that fails too, please uninstall Everything, read how to install Everything here: http://www.voidtools.com/support/everyt ... verything/ and reinstall Everything after that.

Good luck! (and let us know ...)
