I hope "Go To" can be a top menu in the menu bar.
Sub menu is so inconvenient.
Using Alt + Left/Right is a "blind" way. You have to trigger the Back/Forward history items on the way.
With the top menu I can browse and skip more quickly using the keyboard.

There are already quite a few possibilities baked into Everything:
you can use the key-combination Alt-Down or Alt-Up from the search field to expand the complete search history (and use the up/down arrow keys to navigat to the search query you want.
Or type Ctrl-Space in the search field. Even better: if you want to search for "random" and you searched for that before, type for example "ra", followed by Ctrl-Space and all search queries that contain " ra" will be shown in the drop-down list. This means you can also search for "nd" to find "random".
Ctrl-Shift-H is another option to open entries from your search history. You can also use this to manage your entries (add, remove, ...)

But sorry I forgot to add another important point:
I hope GoTo is not only for History.
History is only for strings.
GoTo should include the whole status of the view, like Bookmarks.
That's why I call it "GoTo" or "Back/Forward history".
Currently, for example, if you switch among the bookmarks, then you use GoTo, you can only switch the strings, not the view.
