filter date created not refreshing

I have the filters dropdown showing on the right hand side and views set as date created (decending).
But when I switch from folder filter to everything filter it does not auto update the view to show latest date created at the top.
I have to hit the Date Created column heading twice to get the latest date created files to the top.
Any way to fix this so it shows properly as soon as I choose the filter?

found a workaround.
I just added those filters to Bookmarks.
When I choose any of the bookmarks it DOES show them with correct order...latest at top.
Maybe something to look at fixing for the Filer dropdown menu though...
