Select results by clicking in any column

Currently, to select a file in the Search results window, I need to be very precise to click on the file name (which is hard when name is short).
Is it possible to add the following option:
1) Select the file by clicking anywhere in the Name column of the respective file's line
2) Select the file by clicking anywhere in any column in the respective file's line
I'd prefer the second one, but not sure if it affects someone else's workflow, so maybe at least provide the 1st?

Tools==>Options==>UI==>Full Row Select does just about what you want. You might add View==> Show row Mouseover
