search result missing

Can't find C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Windows Identity Foundation\v3.5\Microsoft.IdentityModel.dll. I'm running as administrator and running as a service. I forced an index rebuild. My C drive is NTFS. The image below shows the results sorted by Path. There are no results from C:\Program Files for Microsoft.IdentityModel.dll, but I confirmed that I can find other files in C:\Program Files\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\
