Folder Indexing doesn't monitor changes

I have added my drive Q: as a folder and checked the "Attempt to monitor changes" box. But when I rename just a single file it doesn't notice the change at all.

I am also interested in knowing about this (even though the original post was a long time ago).

Any info would be welcome!

And you have checked the "Update every" eg: 10 minutes

You read tip that appears as you hover the cursor to the checkbox "Attempt to monitor changes"
