Enable USN Journal not active in beta for win8 and 8.1

Hi,

beta is working fine in win7 and winxp.
but in win8 and win 8.1 (x86 and x64 both) everything is not searching any file.
when try to figure out this issue, found in the everything options
Tools>Option>Indexes>NTFS>Settings for Local Disk>Enable USN Journal is inactive by default.
Tried all versions of beta i.e. installer x86, installer x64, Portable x86, Portable x64 on both windows (win8 and win 8.1) on both platform (x86 and x64) but the result remains same.

issue's snapshot is attached.

Version 1.2.1.371 is working fine on all platforms perfectly without any issue.

Please check and reply is it a bug or i am making some mistake somewhere else.
