suggestion about Everything GUI

Dear all,
Now I am developing some Software for Blind person ( they use Screen reader like: NVDA, Sense Reader...)
but in Everything GUI, the result is displayed in a listbox, Screen reader software can not read it.
1. Could Everything use Listview to display the search results.
2. Could Everything add 1 more button to allow user to select folder path to search ( it's more easy for blind person to select folder)

Virtual listviews are not very user friendly. MSAA might be a better option.
Implementing support for MSAA is on my "Things to do" list.

2. Could Everything add 1 more button to allow user to select folder path to search ( it's more easy for blind person to select folder)

There should be a separate UI for accessibility in mind with this select folder path button included.
I have added this to my things to do.
