Changing HDD from drive letter to path-mounted-drive

I have 2 partitions that I need to Change HDD from drive letter to path-mounted-drive, what is the best practice and settings to do that without Everything forced to reindex and not to lose the already calculated properties?

Unfortunately, there's no way to keep the indexed properties.

Everything will see the path-mounted-drive as a new volume.
