should Refresh (F5) refresh a loaded Filelist (as in if the .efu had changed after initial load)


as it is, if you went to 'Recent File Lists' & select the (current, most recent, again),
that does then load the changed List (but F5 would be easier)

No, it's too expensive.
F5 should only do a quick refresh of the search and view.
Maybe Ctrl + F5 to reload.



I will consider a File -> Reopen File list option.

For now, you can reopen the same file list from File -> Recent File Lists -> Top file list.
