not finding files

Everything 1.5.0.1366a x64 just started to not display some file names. There is no particular word. There are no exclusions in options. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Everything. Deleted the database. Unsure what the issue is. This began a couple weeks ago, yet Everything was working without issue.

I also use LOCATE build 11.7100 and search results with same terms bring up results.

The Video filter is active. (shown in the status bar)

Please make sure the Everything filter is active under the Search menu.
