"Folders | Clear Selection" actually toggles last used bar

I have a shortcut set to the command "Folders | Clear Selection" which I use a lot.
It works if the Folders bar is the only sidebar open, but if you have say the Filter bar open as well, it will toggle the selection of whichever bar you were last in, whereas it needs to be always the Folders bar whose selection is toggled.

Folders | Clear Selection should only be clearing the folder sidebar.

Please make sure you don't have any other commands bound to the same key:

• In Everything, type in the following search and press ENTER:
  about:keys
• Press Ctrl + F
• Search for any bindings to your key.
  -There might be a bookmark or filter.

Just looked there now and there's no other key combo being used, which is Ctrl+Shift+Space.
I tried adding a new combination and that worked fine. However the new one didn't toggle like the Ctrl+Shift+Space does.
That discrepancy certainly sounds strange but hopefully you'll spot from that the reason!
