Can not see folders after updating to .1363a Filelists seem broken

Hello and a happy new year everybody,
this will be a good and sweet year!

Now lets start with an easy piece...

yesterday I updated from .1352a to .1363a and now, I get strange search results:

I only replaced the .exe, did not changed any settings.

I tried deleting the whole database files and EV recreated it, but no difference.

I'm sorry, if this is a known Problem/easy Fix, but I have no clue what to look for and which searchterms to use for this issue.

Did something change and I need to adjust my scripts creating the filelists? Or a setting inside EV needs to be adjustet?

Rename your filelist from .txt to .efu, & load said .efu.
See if that doesn't get you going?

That seemed to resolved it. Thank you very much!
(I stopped EV, removed the database folder from disk. replaced ".txt" with ".efu" in the .ini and renamed those .txt files and started v1.5.0.1366a again)

Not that I'm aware of, this is my setting:

When I deactivate the "Run as Administrator" checkbox, EV tells me I need to exit it and start it again, which I do and its started as Admin again, maybe because I start EV within Total Commander, which runs as Admin.
