keeping calculated properties

Hello,

I have many external hard disks which have many files through the years, I managed to get a complete list with my favorite properties which took days.

My question: what the best practice is to keep this information to be available every time I connect an HDD (while keeping the monitoring on) and not to be recalculated. Because I noticed that some files loose the properties after connecting them.

Everything is not really designed for offline volumes.
Everything will try to keep properties for offline volumes.

F5 will refresh ALL unindexed properties.



Keep your volumes online.

Add these properties to your index under Tools -> Options -> Properties.

You can use Ctrl + F5 to refresh indexed properties.
(in case Everything tried to scan your properties while the device was offline)
