Whenever I try to search by ratings set via Directory Opus, I get confused about their numerical values.
1 star = 1
2 stars = 25
3 stars = 50
4 stars = 75
5 stars = 99
Why they can't be just 1,2,3,4,5 or 1,25,50,75,100?

The internal rating value ranges from 1-99
Everything will search this information by default.
Rating of 1 - 12 = 1 star.

Rating of 38 - 62 = 3 stars.
Rating of 63 - 87 = 4 stars.
Rating of 88 - 99 = 5 stars.

I have no idea why Microsoft used this scale.
Maybe for half stars and quarter stars.
Please try the following searches:
rating:1star
rating:2stars
rating:3stars
rating:4stars
rating:5stars
rating:3/5
rating:>2/5
rating:
To view the rating value in Everything:
Include the following in your search:
addcolumn:a a:=$rating: a-label:="Rating Value"
