Yes, see Menu:Tools > Compare Folders ...

it hasnt been made available yet in the current release

It is in version 1347a.
Well, that means it is postponed to a later date/ version.

It can display 'offline volumes'.

Everything optionally has an index for offline volumes
but how should it compare folder content if only the metadata is there ?
That is in no way a real folder compare as any file manager provides.
