Checkboxes being checked before are unchecked after new installation of Win?

I have installed a new Win on another partition, the portable Everything completely kept unchanged at the same place / partition. After starting it in the "Gernal" tab (maybe somewhere else too) all of the checkboxes being checked before are unchecked. Why is this? And how could one avoid this? Have the checkboxed changed in each tab?
