USB drive not refreshing

For some reason, since using 1315a Everything doesn't appear to be monitoring any changes.

I have to remove the USB and re-insert to get a correct listing.

After removing and re-inserting your USB does the issue persist?

Just noticed this..I managed to sort it out by adding the drives in the FAT options menu.
