Besisdes being affected by the issue discussed in viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11383&p=46794&hilit ... der#p46794
I have another, mor serious problem.
In my configurartion I used to have the Box folder (c:\users\{username}\Box) as an item and all worked fine.
Noted days ago that items on the Box tree did not show up on searches.
Imagined the problem could be related to the one above and applied a simple fix that worked for some: uninstall Box, then Everything and reinstall both.
Now I can't even add Box to Folders list:
If I click Continue things get worse:
It seems that file structure is OK - chkdsk /f c: has been used.
No known corruptions (sfc /scannow results OK).
Any clue?

Re: Can't add Box folder to Folders
Have you renamed your Everything executable?
Please make sure Everything is running as a standard user.
For others, this is a known issue.
Box is blocking Everything from accessing your box drive.
For more information and solutions please see:
Box blocking Everything.
Please reach out to Box and ask them why they are blocking Everything.
Please make sure Everything is running as a standard user.
- In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the General tab on the left.
- Check Store settings and data in %APPDATA%\Everything.
- Uncheck Run as administrator.
- Check Everything Service. (Please make sure this is tick-checked and not square-checked)
- Click OK.
- Exit Everything (right click the Everything tray icon and click Exit).
- Restart Everything.

Re: Can't add Box folder to Folders
First part of reccomendations were not needed (was aware of that from the other thread).
Prepared to add c:\users\{username}\Box according to suggestion.
As I tried to add, the "Don't currently have access" appeared, I went further on, Windows protested with sounds but the Box folder ended up on the Folders list.
Clicked Rescan Now.
Searched for a folder that is on Box but it did not show up among results.
This means that apparently Everything still can't see contents of Box folder.

Sorry I misread your post and tried to quickly edit my initial reply..

Re: Can't add Box folder to Folders
Is there any difference between adding it as a folder vs a FAT volume? It showed up in the FAT volume list, so I added it from there.
Re: Can't add Box folder to Folders
None.
Both FAT indexing and folder indexing use the same indexing and monitoring methods.
