Everything v1.5.0 Alpha v1311a finds 2 files when searching for specific file name
If I search for “Reddit Rank — Daystrom Institute.rar” → Everything v1.5.0 Alpha v1311a also finds a file called “Reddit Rank - Daystrom Institute.rar” (which I am not searching for). I can filter out the second file by activating Match Diacritics, but I'm afraid if I keep this setting active, I might miss search results down the road. Is expected/intended behavior?

You can use the diacritics: or no-diacritics: verbs for a given search without changing your settings.
diacritics:— (does not match normal hyphen; diacritic sensitive search.)
no-diacritics:— (will also match normal hyphen; diacritic insensitive.)
Another option is to change your Options -> Home settings for the default Match Diacritics state when you open a new Everything window. This way your Search settings will always reset to their defaults when you toggle Everything off and on again.
This seems to be the same behavior as all previous versions in recent history.
