Is it possible to chage the tray icon

For example when I run my second instance of Everything,I have to point to the icon and wait for the tooltip to see the name if the instance
Maybe get the everything icon(extract it from the exe),change its color to maybe blue and set the second instance to use it

Put an icon file into the directory with the instance name.
So if your instance is named "vsub2sub" (so you have an Everything-vsub2sub.ini & Everything-vsub2sub.db ...), name the .ico file as Everything-vsub2sub.ico.

That will cause Everything to use that icon file for that instance.
