1.3.3.658b can not show this file's "Size"and"Data Modified" information, this issue already happen from many beta version, but it shows in 1.2.1.371

Most likely a "permissions" issue.
When you run 371, you run with Admin permissions, so it can see the size & date of these files that are otherwise unavailable to you.
When you run the current, you are running with lessor permissions, so the file size & date are not available - based on your user permission level.
You could run current "As Admin" & that should show the information you want.
(But that brings about its own potential problems. Number one, you are running with higher privileges, so more dangerous in general. And then you may run into issues interacting with lower privileged applications you may be running.)
