It would be very useful during particular tasks to colourise the writing of folder names in the folder bar where they match a certain condition.
For example you could right-click the Folderbar title, choose "Colourise by search equation..." and give it an equation; let's suppose the equation is d:\project\ path:France . So, with that it compiles a list of distinct folders for items where 'France' is in the full path of an item, and colourises those distinct folder names (e.g. makes them a user-specified colour), including their parental tree. Whilst this colourising formula is active, it could update the highlights according to filesystem changes I imagine either by rechecking every 30 secs or by active monitoring of additions or removals, I think with this sort of thing there's no need to have updates instantly happen if it's easiest to do it periodically, but it would make working with some folderbar tasks much easier to be able to give a formula that makes certain folders glow. (In theory you could have different formulae assigning different colours, e.g. France red, Norway blue, although for that you'd need to handle what to do if both occur within a folder)
