Formatting 'Size' Column to bytes

I see the 'Size' column, but it displays KB while 'Size on Disk' displays bytes. How can I get 'Size' to display bytes as well? Also, are these two values derived from the Windows file properties dialogue?

Tools | Options | General -> View ---> Size format:

-> Bytes

Pretty sure Size on Disk takes slack space (cluster size) into consideration (& that would come from Windows).

Perfect; thank you! I totally missed that in the Options dialogue! Thank you for the size on disk bit as well. I am doing some comparisons with PowerShell calculations for size on disk, so I wanted to know where Everything was getting those values from.
