I've looked through that of: voidtools.com/rsupport/everything/indexes/#exclude
But like, it seems it's not possible to block a specific file from the search? For example a file like 'chrome.exe'.

That can be done by filling in the Exclude Files: field.
For example, the following will exclude Clockres.exe in a specific path and all files named everything.exe (anywhere on the disks)
Hovering the Exclude Files: field will reveal an infotip with help-details.

**\everything.exe;T:\ClockRes\Clockres.exe
