update: exists as Omit resuls in 1.5 viewtopic.php?t=11375
There are some paths that I never want to see (like Temp and AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent etc.) regardless of my search queries of filters/favorites I download from this forum.
So I can't edit each rule individually to exclude these paths
But I also don't exclude these paths from the index since there are other apps tha depend on the index for stuff like folder size and I'd like them to have full info about the drive without any exceptions
Is there a way to add some kind of global exclude-but-index rule that all other rules will build upon to achieve a global output filter?
Thank you!

Re: Exclude paths from all output (but not from index)
Please try Result omissions in Everything 1.5.
For Everything 1.4, create a filter (Search -> Add to filters) to search for:
!\temp\ !\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\

Oh, very nice, Omit Results seems like exactly what I need!
The 1.4 filters doesn't work since I don't want to edit every single filter (and then reedit them in case I want to discard some other garbage duplication)
