3 simple suggestions

1.Can you make it to not be able to open more than one of the Help windows...rather than open new one,switch to the existing(I ofter without looking open more than one)
2.Keep the window size of those windows or make them at least wider enough to not see the horizontal scrollbar.
3.When you right click on column(to add\remove column from the list),if you right click on some item of the list,to sort by the clicked.That way you won't need to have multiple columns in the list to sort the items or to use hotkeys to sort by something...left click enable\disable the column and right click sort by the clicked

Edit:nvm about the third one,I never tried to right click on the list without selecting file\folder :p
