Fonts and Colors not saving.

Hi, I'm having an issue where I have a really bright quantum dot panel and the Everything windows is blindingly bright so I've gone into Fonts and Colors and changed the background and foreground color to more match my UI (I really wish there was a built in option to simply match the Windows color theme) but it doesn't seem to save. If I restart the computer the changes are lost. What is the problem here? Thanks!

Nevermind, I'm going to try this suggestion, pretty sure this is the issue, thanks!
