Noob here running Everything Version 1.4.1.1024 (x64) on Windows 10.
I've been trying to sort the main window of Everything to sort by and display 'Size on disk,' but I'm not able to figure it out.
I use cloud-based storage like OneDrive and iCloud Drive, so my objective is to be able to quickly identify the items that are actually using a significant amount of my very limited, local storage. For example, see my screenshot showing a 4.5 GB file that doesn't use any actual local space. I'd prefer to see that item at the bottom of the list.
I did a search in this forum for a solution, and the top results offered some solutions that are not (obviously) available to me.
Search by size on disk (Feb 2022)
Difference: properties in Properties tab and properties columns? (Aug 2022)
Could it be that I don't have some advanced feature set enabled? Or maybe the version I'm running removed the feature(s). One example is an option to configure a Properties index, which I cannot locate.
