Crashing on a -create-file-list ?

C:\out\recylererer>\dev\locate\everything -instance 15 -create-file-list dumy.out9 c:/out/recylerer
Note that "15" is my regular Everything instance (name [& not "1.5a"]), & "15" (GUI itself) is not crashing, but the command-line invoked call (which actually fires as a separate process). If I leave out the dirname, the Help dialog comes up. If I add a dirname, I crash.
