[Suggestion] Export as Playlist

Hello.
If I may suggest..

It would be a good addition in EV to have the option to EXPORT as M3U/m3u8 playlist (file list or current selection).

This already can be done by exporting as .txt and then renaming with the .m3u8 file extension. It will work "as is" with most music/video players like Winamp, AIMP, MPC-HC, MPC-BE, Potplayer, etc., even though the #EXTM3U #EXTINF headers are missing. I would even suggest to keep it like that, simple, as a text file list.

Other possible option would be to allow customization of EXPORT filetypes (file extension and file format or template).

To save an export as .m3u8 filoe instead of a .txt file:

In the Export Result List dialog:

• Set Save as type to TXT Text Files (*.txt)
• In the File name: field, enter the name as follows:
  
  "My Favourites Playlist.m3u8"
  
  (the "" are required here; this will bypass the original .txt extension.
• Press Save
• Done.

Everything 1.5.0.1367a adds support for exporting as m3u and m3u8.
