I would like to do the following when I start Everything,
change a filter or call up another bookmark [via shortcut],
then the scrollbar should be positioned at the top of the search result -> CTRL+POS1.
Options... > Keyboard > Result List | Focus Start of List > CTRL+POS1 (Result List).
Examples
- Everything is started (I have only included this point for the sake of completeness...)
- Everything Options - 1.5.0.1365a (x64) > Home > Search... is called up
- The cursor is located in the search bar of Everything
- The scroll bar is at the top --> CTRL+POS1: OK!
Keyboard > Result List | Focus Start of List > CTRL+POS1 (Result List)
My standard view after calling Everything has been created!
- Perform Everything search query
- Search for, e.g. D:\Daten\WINWORD\
- The search result must have more than one screen page(!)
- Position the cursor in the search result
- Drag the scroll bar down (more than half of the screen)
- Click on a folder or a file in the search result
- Change the view
- Change filter
- The content of the search bar is retained - OK!
- The scroll bar remains at the bottom and NOT in position "CTRL+POS1".
- or -
- Call up bookmarks via shortcut
- The content of the search bar is deleted - OK!
- The scroll bar remains at the bottom and NOT in position "CTRL+POS1".
- Change filter
