I am sorry to hear about your crashed drive.

Please make a backup of your Everything.db under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Everything

Please try db2efu to recover your filenames.

If the filenames are shown in Everything, please export your filenames from File -> Export.

Everything automatically removes offline volumes.

Unfortunately, if you don't have a backup of your Everything.db, your filenames are lost.

Is there a way to keep removed drives in history for a number of days, in settings? For future "accidents"

#1, back up your .db file.
Making various periodic backups can't hurt.

#2, Tools | Options | Indexes | NTFS -> Automatically remove offline volumes (uncheck).
(Similar with FAT / ReFS.)

(You can also load old .db into Everything, I believe using the -read-only switch.)
