Network Drives / Info popup

For drives that are periodic scans, it would be good if when you hover over the drive in the Folder Bar, it gave a popup of when it was last scanned (completed) and how long it took. This would tell you if it's up to date and also give a sense of how long the scan is taking.

I have on my TODO list to show this information under Tools -> Options -> FAT/Folder.

I will consider showing this information from the folder sidebar.

For now, this information is available under Tools -> Debug -> Statistics -> FAT/Folder Index -> Last rescan.
