I have \\nas\OFFICE\BACK_up_BASIS set up as a Folder index, Index subfolders, Attempt to monitor changes.
I'm currently logged out of NAS & I get...
This is repeating...

Though in this case, W: no longer exists.
(Not sure what W: is - other then it must have been something I was messing with - in Everything, cause W: is not a drive letter I'd typically use.)
No idea how long the W: issue has been going on (though W:'s addition as an Indexed Folder must have been quite some time ago).
So logging into the NAS "fixed" the one issue, & removing W: "fixed" the other issue.
But should they loop, non-stop?
