Adding keyboard shortcuts for sending files to different programs [DONE]

Is it possible to assign shortcuts CTRL+1, CTRL+2, CTRL+3 [and so on] a task of sending whatever items are selected to whatever program a user pre-chooses? And if needed with a command line parameter added?

I have a unified set of shortcuts in FreeCommander and Mp3tag- thus what is missing in my equation of daily operations is Everything providing me the same quick and convenient handling of files
