Reinstalling restores some default shortcuts

I reinstalled to address a frequent crash situation and found that while it kept most of my choices for shortcuts, such as shortcuts for Filters, it also restored many of the basic shortcuts to their default even though I had removed them. To provide a specific example, I had removed the shortcut for "File | Export" as Ctrl+S and assigned it to the Video Filter. But on reinstall, it had both my shortcut for the Video Filter as well as the File |Export filter as Ctrl+S. On reinstall, I think it should have remembered my choice for File | Export as well as my other changes on the options.

Keyboard shortcuts have been reset in 462 or later when using a version earlier than 462.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

This reset was necessary to fix some shortcuts from previous versions that are missing or incorrect.
