Customixing Ttile/caption - Old format supported?

The old format syntax is still supported.
I am getting pretty good at exiting and restarting Everything!
I have played with $version, $search, and even remember that trailing colon!

So I had to try the old version format.
Here is a segment of my INI file:-

and here is my Everything window once I reload Everything

I am not sure what that lonely colon tells me.
I exited, tried adding a trailing colon to the line in the INI file (because I needed that trailing colon when I was using the Search Box interface)

Perhaps Everything 1.5a has advanced to the stage where it no longer supports the old (1.4 ???) interface?
Otherwise I have misunderstood the Wiki entry.

Any help would be appreciated.

$x is not used so this might be causing the :

Hello again Void/
I keyed in

/window_title_format=$x?{Hello World!}

and then tapped the <Enter> key. The screen now shows:-

The title "blah blah blah" is still in place from yesterday.

P.S. Now if you suspect that I have corrupted the Everything,ini file over the past couple of days, please say so, and I will either uninstall and then reinstall Everything, or reinstate an earlier version from my configuration backup areas:-

Your Everything.ini should be fine.

Changing window_title_format does not update the title bar immediately.
You'll need to change the search to force Everything to update the title bar.

In the next alpha update I'll make Everything update the title bar immediately.

I suspect that this specific case is just-another-case in the arena of making Everything's handling of the INI file consistent.

Of course, immediacy has become the name of the game over the past twenty years ... :guilty as charged:
