A quick search showed little discussion on this.
Especially for an alpha version, why not show the complete version identifier in dialogue boxes (pop-up list etc) rather than just in the main Results List window?
I find myself posting screenshots of just a dialogue box, and in a forum on an alpha version, but especially in a topic where Void is making changes to Everything based on earlier suggestions in the same topic, being assured that we are discussing the same version should be critical.
I am supposing too that there is a common code utility in Everything that generates a short version of the identifier, and that this code could be modified to deliver the full identifier?
Cheers, Chris

Re: Everything version identifier in Dialogue boxes?
Thank you Tuska,
I shall study (and experiment) with these links.
My search skills need honing, I know, and that is in part as I master the terminology of Everything.
Cheers, Chris

I can recommend to just try the CODE from the example so your pictures with OPTIONS (settings) would have a Everything version title.
You can always take a closer look at the rest or change the code later...
Copy code and press ENTER...
