date taken operator does not product intended results

Is it just me or does date-taken:!=date-created: not seem to function ? Anyone test this out ?

So how do I resolve this to truncate to only the seconds because I doubt that any resolution beyond seconds is considered a recognized duplicate

Same problem because the resolution beyond seconds is too different to find duplicates. Sorry about that i didnt read the last post from the other topic.
