Toggle On Top

an ability to toggle "on top" would be amazing. Ideally there would be a toolbar button but I think there is no toolbar. So I guess shortcut?

I can really not decide whether to have my results windows stay open or disappear because it depends on the task at hand. Sometimes I search for something I want to open just one file of, in this case - I prefer the window to disappear. Sometimes I need to work with more than one file so I'd like to keep it open.

also another area I have seen developers put this is the window menu.. that top left corner menu restore/move/min/max/close area

Always On Top is a feature in Everything 1.4 and 1.5.

View -> On Top -> Never/Always/While Searching

You can bind Keyboard shortcuts to these three options.
