Deleted files...is there a way to not have them in search results?

For example, I'm looking at recent new video files and delete some. They then show up with the other files with new names like "$IZ4579Y" etc. Is there a way to keep them out of my hard drive search results? Thanks

To exclude recycle bin files:

• In Everything, from the Tools menu, click Options.
• Click the Exclude tab on the left.
• Click Add Filter....
• Type in $recycle.bin and click OK.
• Click OK.
