everything对powertoys的fancyzones支持有问题

Shift + move in Everything will enable window snapping.
I'll look into option to disable the built-in shift + move in Everything.

Currently, the snapping is bugged on Windows 10+ due to the invisible borders.
I'll look into a fix for this.
