Multi Monitor & Resolution Issue

Hi, so I never noticed this until now. When Everything is opened on my 2nd monitor, it's little right-click menu doesn't properly scale to my primary monitor and when the window is maximized it extends a tiny bit to my primary monitor. I've attached 2 screenshots indicating my issue.

Primary Monitor:
[*] Resolution: 3840 x 2160
[*] Scale and layout: 150%

Secondary Monitor:
[*] Resolution: 1920 x 1080
[*] Scale and layout: 100%
